Refund and Return policy

At Sunrise IT Park Online, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide excellent service. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted:

Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund:

We accept return and refund requests if the product delivered by us is:

    • In a damaged condition
    • Incorrect product sent
    • Dead on arrival (DOA)
    • Defective

Notification Period:

Buyers must inform us of any disputes in the order within 3 days of delivery. For complete PC set purchases, buyers have 7 days after delivery to claim for return or refund.

Buyers can notify us by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.

Gaming Chairs Policy:

For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable for defective or damaged products. No refunds will be issued for gaming chair orders.

Product Seal Condition:

Return/refund will not be applicable if the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty.

Missing Parts/Accessories:

Return/refund requests will be canceled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

Packaging Requirements:

Buyers should retain the packaging material until the return window is open. Proper packaging is necessary to avoid damage during transit.

Products should be packed in the same manner as received. Avoid applying tapes or glues directly on the product or its box to prevent cancellation of return requests.

Return of Accessories:

All accessories delivered with the product should be returned along with the product.

Refund Process:

If payment was made through our payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the same account used for payment. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer’s bank account.

Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in the buyer’s account.
