Cancellation policy

At Sunrise IT Park Online, we strive to provide a hassle-free cancellation experience for our customers. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Options:

You can initiate a cancellation request directly from the order panel for hassle-free processing. Alternatively, you can also contact us via email or phone to cancel your order.

Convenience Fee:

A convenience fee is charged on orders, which is non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer. However, if the order is canceled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Charges:

  • If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, a convenience fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation fee increases to 5%.
  • If you request to modify your order after it has been shipped, 3% convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No charges are applicable for modifying an order before it is shipped.

Charges Responsibility:

The aforementioned charges are only applicable if the cancellation or modification requests are initiated by the buyer. No charges will be applied if such actions are initiated by Sunrise IT Park Online.

Warranty Complaints:

For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please direct any complaints or issues to them. At Sunrise IT Park Online, we believe in assisting our customers to the best of our ability and maintain a liberal cancellation policy.

Refund Process:

If you opt for a refund, it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
