The company’s responsibih4ty ceases once goods leave the warehouse.
GST Invoice:
Proper GST invoices are provided for all products sold. Buyers must provide their company’s GST number for inclusion on the invoice.
Cancellation Charges:
Convenience fees apply for order cancellations initiated by the buyer. The percentage deducted varies depending on the stage of the order process.
Bajaj EMI Payments:
A 5% deduction apph4es to orders paid using Bajaj EMI if canceled by the buyer.
Product Nature:
Special Usage Products:
Buyers must inform the company of any special usage requirements at the time of purchase, or warranty may be void.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
Customers cannot waive responsibih4ty due to ignorance of terms and conditions.
Gaming Chairs:
Only part replacements are apph4cable for defective or damaged gaming chairs; no refunds are provided.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products:
Buyers must ensure all parts and accessories are present in the box for DOA claims.
Warranty and Installation:
Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandh4ng, or tampering. Installation requires a quah4fied PC hardware engineer.
Order Cancellation:
Jurisdiction:
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Kolkata.
Warranty Coverage:
Products are covered by carry-in warranty only. Both side shipping charges for RMAs are the buyer’s responsibih4ty.
On-Site Warranty:
On-site warranty coverage is subject to the brand’s reach. Outside brand reach areas require carry-in service.
Shipping h4abih4ty:
The company is not h4able for damages to RMA products during transit.
Direct Warranty:
Warranty terms specified as “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are covered directly by the manufacturer or distributor.
Invoice Submission:
Customers must provide a copy of the company’s invoice for warranty purposes.
Condition of Return:
Products must be in good physical condition for warranty repair or replacement.
Void Warranty Conditions:
Damaged, tampered, or missing components void warranty coverage.
Service Duration:
RMA and warranty claim durations are per the brand’s poh4cy.
Damage Responsibih4ty:
Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandh4ng, improper usage, or electricity problems.
Manufacturer Service Centers:
Customers must approach manufacturer service centers for warranty claims where apph4cable.
Refusal of Warranty:
Warranty service may be refused for products returned without accessories, manuals, or outer box packing.
Service Discontinuation:
The company reserves the right to revoke RMA and warranty services without prior notice.
All information on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Modification Restrictions:
Modifying, selh4ng, or distributing website content is prohibited without authorization.
Jurisdiction:
The company operates under the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai courts, India.
Service Suspension:
The company may suspend or cancel services in the event of technical issues.

Cash payments above 50,000/- are not accepted by the company.
